The more precise your details are, the faster we can finish.

The execution

All my cakes are made with the best ingredients (Pinzgau butter, Tyrolean flour, with regional products). I only use real fruits, rum, liqueurs, etc. Fruit pastes/powders or similar do not go into my production and you can taste that too.

Please note that fondant cakes are spread with a buttercream to obtain a smooth surface.

Food colours are used for the decorative parts, some of which contain azo dyes (E 104, E 110, E 122, E 124) which “may impair activity and attention in children”.

If you have allergy sufferers at the party, I can also make your cake with spelt flour, gluten-free flour and lactose-free products. Otherwise, the ingredients for each cake are listed in the online shop and the allergenic substances are highlighted. Despite the greatest care in the production process, cross-contamination (occurrence of allergens that are not used according to the recipe) or traces of the allergens cannot be ruled out. However, I bake your cake with the greatest care to prevent this. However, if desired, I can give you detailed information.

For multi-tier cakes, there are supports in the cake (toothpicks, skewers, straws, ect.) and a cardboard plate between the tiers. For very large cakes, I also have a particularly sturdy metal frame on loan.

The handover

Check your cake when you collect it. No changes are possible after collection.

I recommend that you pick up the cake in person. You know best what the result should look like. Of course, you are also welcome to instruct someone to collect the goods, but the transport risk lies with you.

You can transport smaller cakes up to 2 tiers by car without any problems. Please provide a flat surface in the car. If you want to put the box on the passenger seat, put something underneath so that the box does not stand at an angle and move the seat forward so that in the event of heavy braking not so much can happen. You can find out more on my page “Wedding”.

Of course, I can also deliver the cakes for a fee.

Feedback

If you look as happy as the animals on Noah’s Ark, I must have done everything right.
I am always particularly pleased when I hear/read how the cake has arrived.
